The Intersect Alert serves as a current awareness tool for Chapter members. The newsletter provides annotated links to news stories related to the intersection between libraries/librarians and the government. Included stories address a variety of issues including censorship, intellectual property, the information commons, open access, government services and calls to action.  This newsletter is produced by the Chapter’s Government Relations Committee: Anne Barker, Michael Sholinbeck, and Tony Sheaffer.
